Pathfinder Hunt

Hiders: Don KF6GQ and Steve KD6LAJ

Since we could not get a good turnout, Steve and I decided not to hide at our primo site. Instead, we hid near our home locations. Steve hid up by the San Antonio Dam area on a dirt road that is high enough and clear enough to get a good signal into the start. At his location he had only two of the official teams sign in, they where the N6AIN & WA6TQQ teams N6MJM also signed in. 

T3  Located in back of Industrial park parking lot, off of Todd Dr. in the city of AZUSA This T was running about 2 watts to a vertical. Found by all 5 teams.

T9  Located on Encanto Dr. in the city of Daurte. This was a 50mw Squawk box, with a wire dipole in some bushes. Found by 5 teams

T8 Located in a vacant hill lot that had several teams get into trouble getting to the T. T was running 50mw to a ¼ vertical. Located at the intersection of Brookridge Rd. and Melcanyon Rd. in the city of Daurte. Found by all official teams.

T home. Was a AF6O box running into a J-pole at ground level. This T was located at my house in Monrovia, and was found by 4 teams.
