Transmitter Hunt

Where: The transmitter was hid about 4.5 miles NW of the start point and in clear line-of-sight to it, at the end of Olinda Ave in La Habra. The transmitter was a 50 mw Squawkbox ( http://www.silcom.com/~pelican2/PicoDopp/MICROHUNT.htm ) that was running around 10 mw into an 11 element Criscraft beam vertically polarized pointing NE. located at 33 56.74N, 117 56.87W . It was strong at the start.
